Your Weekend Guide for June 16-18, 2017

Hydrate, stay indoors, and enjoy one of these events in Midland to help deal with the heat. With temperatures soaring close to 110 degrees, let’s hope your A/C and deodorant are in primo condition. Yes, I know it’s a dry heat, but it’s still a hot dry heat!

Titan Fan Con

Nerd out this weekend at the Ector County Coliseum at Titan Fan Con. Featuring Seth Gilliam, better known as Father Gabriel on “The Walking Dead” and a host of exhibitors, featuring the coolest toys, games, comic books and anime. Titan Fan Con is the place to be Saturday and Sunday to escape the oppressive heat. And of course, there will be cosplay, so break out your favorite costume and make the drive. www.titanfancon.com
