I’m Rodger Horton and my number one role in life is being Melanie’s husband and dog dad to our sweet baby girl, Bagwell. Outside of our home, I’m most well-known via my role as Mortgage Advisor for Benchmark Mortgage. I have been in banking and finance since 2005 and have exclusively served homebuyers with their mortgage needs since 2015.
My primary mission is to advise and serve homebuyers with their mortgage needs as it relates to their overall financial position and accumulation of wealth. I have helped so many first-time homebuyers achieve their dream of homeownership. Our team has a combined 70+ years of mortgage experience and our knowledge and expertise provides clients with many options to meet their goals.
I love serving our community and have been on several non-profit boards. On a personal note, I’ve been married to my wife, Melanie, for over 15 years. We love to travel and experience all that life has to offer. I’m a homeowner myself and real estate investor, which combined helps me help you to expand your real estate portfolio. I’m a connoisseur of great food and drink! I love sports and am a former baseball player but love playing golf any time I can.
