“What can I say about Rodger and Melanie other then they are one of the best in the business. Our story: We were moving into our new construction home and had financing completed with a different bank. (I honestly thought Rodger was still on the commercial side so didn’t use him first like I should have the whole time) However on July 23nd that lender told me our appraisal would be coming in late and I would be homeless from anywhere to 2-3 weeks. So I called Rodger in a panic on that date. He got the financing and close date done from July 23rd when I called to give him the application and closed at the title company on aug 19th. 26 days to close on a jumbo loan. He matched my rate, no questions asked and him and Melanie went right to work for lunch family. I couldn’t of asked for anything better from them.
